Look-alike

For this project, we were tasked to do the impossible: try and actually make something made by a triple AAA company.
We got a 10 second clip and we had to recreate it almost perfectly.
So close did we get with our look-alike?

Back to the Camera

From all the clips that we could choose from, the team decided to recreate 10 seconds from Super Mario 3D World.
I was really interested in recreating the camera, the added effect of co-op would give a nice challenge or so I thought. All co-op did was make it harder to relay information to the player. Just like in the actual game, the players practically have to co-ordinate so that the camera doesn't have a hard time following them. The camera works, but I feel like it could be a lot better. Right now it tries to keep both players in one invisible square and will zoom out if the players touch the edges of said square. The level is small enough that two players running into the opposite directions isn't a huge problem.
